At Helping Hands Transportation & Child Care, LLC, our future childcare program is being thoughtfully planned to provide school-age children with a safe, comfortable, structured, and caring environment while giving busy parents the additional support they need.
Our goal is to create a welcoming space that feels comfortable and family-centered while still providing children with structure, supervision, and age-appropriate activities.
What We Plan to Offer
Our planned childcare services will include:
Homework & Learning Support — A designated area where children can complete homework, read, study, and receive encouragement with schoolwork.
Play & Activities — Age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, interaction, fun, and positive social skills.
Snack Time — A designated snack area where children can sit, eat, and recharge.
Rest & Quiet Time — A comfortable area where children can relax, rest, watch age-appropriate television, or simply unwind after a long school day.
Quiet & Calm Space — A separate, peaceful area for children who may need a little time away from the group, emotional support, or a private conversation with a trusted caregiver.
Safe & Attentive Supervision — Safety, communication, respect, and attentive care will remain at the center of our program.
Designed With Busy Families in Mind
Our planned program will primarily support children ages 4–13, with after-school and evening care designed to accommodate parents whose schedules may extend beyond traditional childcare hours.
Planned weekday hours are 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with future weekend day and evening care options also being considered.
To maintain a more personal environment and provide each child with appropriate attention, Helping Hands plans to begin with a small number of families and expand responsibly as the program grows.
Transportation + Child Care
One of our long-term goals is to make life easier for busy parents by bringing transportation and childcare support together. Families may eventually have the convenience of arranging transportation from school or approved activities to Helping Hands, where their child can remain in a supervised environment until an authorized parent or guardian arrives.

We want Helping Hands to be more than simply a place for children to wait for their parents. Our vision is to create an environment where children can learn, play, complete homework, relax, communicate, and feel supported.
